Milibu is a commerical, financial, cultural, and transversal center in Central Aquita. With an estimated population of around 9,321,000 residents, Milibu is the second most populous city in Aquita, behind the city of Ashrend. With its high population and average size, Milibu is the most dense city in Aquita, and has the highest capita per income at $139,784.95, and second high aggregated income. With its larger borders, the Milibu-Latorville region is home to closer to 13-14 million residents. In 2023, the Aquitan Census Bereau estimated a population of 9,321,188 million people for the Milibu Metropolitan Area, and a estimated a population of 13,691,021 million people for the greater Latorville area.
Prior to other settlers, the general city area was inhabited by the Milibiun Tribal group. On May 11th, 612, early Aquitan kingdom settlers established the inital village borders of Milibu from the Milibu River to modern Gratson park about 3 miles away.
After Aquita suffered heavy damage after being taken over by the Entarens in the Enequit Wars, Milibu, and other cities alike, suffered catastrophic damage, opening the rebuilding project to turn Milibu into a modern skyscraper city. After again suffering a disaster of the Milibu fire of 1944, Milibu again was forced to rebuild a significant portion of the city, creating even more, rebuilding a large portion suprisingly quickly.
