Richiellou is a province part of the West Aquita region. It borders the provinces of Slavvil and Kelmien, and has the Gurnee Bay to the east. Of the nine provinces, Richiellou has the 4th highest GDP and population. It's capital city is Graten, and the biggest city is Oscrumen on the coast, with a population of around 5 million people, and 9 million in the greater Oscrumenland area. Richiellou gets its name from Harrison Richiellou, the explorer who first ventured south into the modern day province. It was immediately recognized by the monarchy as a province on October 18th, 681, and H. Richiellou was offically knighted for the discovery. Richiellou has the highest GDP per capita out of any province in Aquita.
