Azurophyll

Azurophyll refers to the common group of photocatalytic molecules that give Fosozoi and Sovera's their distinctive blue color. Azurophyll absorbs energy from light, powering the water splitting oxygenic Hopkins Process. Azurophyll absorbs most wavelengths of light except for the blue wavelengths.
