New Kelcy City

New Kelcy, often called New Kelcy City (NKC), is the largest and most populous city in the United Federal States of Lucithia. It is located in the northeastern region of the Paligan state, one of the largest water ports on Aron. New Kelcy is the heart of northeastern UFSL, and is the main center of Greater New Kelcy, the largest in the UFSL by population and land area. New Kelcy is the center of world trade, and a large center of finance, commerce, technology, culture, acedemics, science. New Kelcy is most known for its fast pace and urban development.

With an estimated 18,029,737 million people, and a total coverage of 589 square miles, New Kelcy is a very densely populated city at around 3,225 people per square mile.
