The Aron Initiative

The Aron Initiative is the project focused on studying Aron and the wider Hope and Fate system. This includes its politics, history, cultures, biology, technology, astronomy, and the development of Aronian civilization.

The Initiative primarily gathers information through remote observation, automated camera probes, astronomical instruments, and the interception of Aronian radio and other transmissions. Aronian broadcasts, publications, scientific material, and historical records are translated and compiled into the Aron Encyclopedia, with terminology generally preserved wherever a direct translation is possible.

The Aron Initiative operates under a policy of nonintervention, prohibiting deliberate interference with Aronian political, technological, or cultural development. Despite this policy, several observation probes have suffered failures and entered Aron's atmosphere, most notably during the Jeresh Town Incident, resulting in unintended contact with human technology.

The purpose of the Initiative is to produce a comprehensive record of Aronian civilization while allowing its development to continue independently. Unless otherwise stated, articles within the encyclopedia are written as translated Aronian reference material rather than from the perspective of Aron Initiative personnel. notebesides the articles from our perspective >:3
